About Us

The Bright Physio & Mindfulness Massage is a multidisciplinary wellness clinic dedicated to delivering high-quality, evidence-informed care. We promote a collaborative, client-focused approach to health and are seeking a skilled and professional Chiropractor to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide effective, evidence-informed physiotherapy interventions.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation according to Alberta standards.
  • •Educate clients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and treatment expectations.
  • Practice in alignment with all professional, ethical, and safety requirements in Alberta.
  • Manage your independent contractor schedule and professional responsibilities.

Qualifications & Requirements

Required by the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta (Regulatory Requirements)
(Presented in a compliant and general format to ensure accuracy with current standards)
  • Must be registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta.
  • Must hold Active Practice Register status (or be eligible).
  • Must carry professional liability insurance that meets College requirements.
  • Must comply with all College Standards, including:
  • Standards of Practice
  • Code of Ethical Conduct
  • •Continuing Competence Program participation
  • Clinical documentation and record-keeping standards
  • Informed consent and privacy/confidentiality requirements
  • Patient safety, clinical risk management, and professional boundaries
  • Must comply with all relevant Alberta health legislation and regulatory guidelines.

General Clinical Requirements

  • Degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution (MScPT or equivalent).
  • Strong clinical skills in orthopedics, musculoskeletal care, or manual therapy.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and clinical reasoning abilities.
  • Ability to work independently within a supportive clinic environment.
  • Current CPR/First Aid certification.
  • Additional certifications/special interests are an asset.
