Responsibilities

Qualifications & Requirements

College of Chiropractors of Alberta – Regulatory Requirements

  • Must be registered and in good standing with the College of Chiropractors of Alberta.
  • Must hold an active practice permit (or be eligible to obtain one).

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and provide excellent front-desk customer service.
  • Manage scheduling, bookings, confirmations, and cancellations.
  • Answer phones and email inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and support direct billing procedures (training provided).
  • Maintain organized client records and ensure confidentiality.
  • Assist practitioners with administrative tasks.
